I support organizations, executives, and decision-makers through complex transformation phases—where strategy, people, and technology converge in the midst of change.

My particular strength lies in integrating three perspectives that rarely come together in change processes but are crucial:

1. Entrepreneurial experience For over 30 years, I have personally built, led, scaled, and sold companies—and also taken responsibility for crises, escalations, and difficult decisions. I know transformation not from theory, but from the operational reality of business management, investor logic, growing pains, and responsibility for people.

2. Methodological Expertise & Systemic Approach I work based on solid training in systemic organizational development, coaching (ICF), business mediation, and conflict management. In doing so, I combine clarity, structure, and goal orientation with a consistent approach that treats everyone as equals. Not “methods for the sake of methods,” but effective interventions that are adaptable and sustainable in everyday life.

3. IT & Transformation Expertise With my background in business informatics and many years of IT experience, I support transformations at the intersection of organization, leadership, and technology—particularly in the context of digitalization and AI. I translate technological possibilities into leadership, decision-making capabilities, and concrete implementation architectures.
