The opportunity

AI agents are moving into enterprise business processes, making decisions and executing actions across different systems and organisations. As organisations introduce more autonomous agents, they need technical controls to determine who an agent acts on behalf of, what it is authorised to do and whether a requested action falls within its mandate. Traditional governance processes and audit documentation alone cannot enforce these boundaries during execution.

Our technology

AAG provides a vendor-neutral infrastructure layer built around two core capabilities: Agent Passport establishes a cryptographically verifiable identity and delegated authority for AI agents. Trust Assurance Protocol (TAP) verifies identity and authority against requested actions, enables enforcement at runtime and records verifiable evidence for audit and accountability. When integrated into the execution path, actions outside an agent's mandate can be blocked before execution.

Our infrastructure is designed to operate across AI platforms, enterprise systems and organisational boundaries, including environments with multiple technology vendors. Our objective is to establish referenceable enterprise customers, develop an active partner ecosystem and generate recurring SaaS revenue through direct enterprise relationships and channel partners.
